Marketing Campaign Specialist – Direct Hire

Marketing Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:
Leverage data, insights, and market research to build and execute integrated customer marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Departments.
Identify trends and areas of opportunity for growth with existing customers
Identify and generate new leads for the Business Development teams across the Texas Pipe Family of Companies, creating and strengthening existing sales funnels.
Develop an understanding of the Texas Pipe Family of Companies products, services, and core value propositions across our family of brands.
What Experience and Skills You Will Need:
2-4 years of experience in lead generation, partner marketing, campaign marketing, business development, or equivalent experience in related fields
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields; or equivalent work experience
Previous B2B experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in PVF (Pipe, Valves, Fittings), distribution, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors makes you a top candidate for this position.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that required a great deal of coordination with multiple stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and maintain organization of project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
Analytical mind with a passion for data and strategy
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, print/digital marketing campaigns, and direct marketing best-practices.
Customer service oriented
Strong background and knowledge of CRM tools/software
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software a plus (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
