Job Description : | So Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This individual will manage a variety of projects, promotional events, and social media outlets for a growing hospitality company. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining brand standards, creating brand awareness, and designing promotional and print materials. If you’re looking for a position that allows you to think outside of the box and differs from many marketing roles by allowing you to work within the hospitality and events industry, we would love to speak with you.Please review the description below & fill out the application if you think you’re the perfect fit.Pay Rate: Based on experienceHours: Full-time, approximately 40-45 hours per week, Monday-FridaySummary: So Hospitality Group owns and operates three brands; Drunken Fish, Kimchi Guys, and 612North Event Space + CateringThe corporate office is located right next to the Arch, and we are looking for a creative, experienced, outgoing, and up to date on trends Marketing Coordinator to join our growing teamThis role will ensure that all public and promotional events have proper marketing materials and are consistently promoted on social media, along with keeping all social media outlets up to date, planning and managing the marketing calendar for all brands, and other duties as listed belowThis position will work closely with the So Hospitality Group leadership team to ensure successful representation of the company’s brandKey Social Media Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and So Hospitality Group Leadership, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for marketing and social media for; Drunken Fish, Kimchi Guys, and 612North Event Space + CateringPlan, implement, and manage the online social presence for all brand platforms (ex: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Source new ideas and curate content that engages target audience and drives conversionContinually research industry trends and fellow hospitality brandsCompose posts that inform customers and prospects of our current promotionsCreate and execute successful short and long term social media campaigns, giveaways, etc and track all data and the success of these promotionsEnsure all efforts, promotions, messages and designs support the company’s brand standardsPlan and manage the Marketing Calendar for all brandsKey Graphic Design Responsibilities: Create high quality visual images, flyers, graphics, and promotions to be posted across a range of outletsDesign and brainstorm original content ideas while expanding the vision and maintaining brand standardsDesign all types of graphics for a variety of media including digital advertisements (ex: social media graphics, etc.) and print advertisements (ex: brochures, menus, flyers, promotional banners, etc. )Develop and maintain the company’s graphics standards, techniques, and methodsKey Media and Customer Review Management Responsibilities:Create and send press releases to local news sources as necessaryManage and respond to customer reviews for all brands on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, and moreSend out weekly review recaps to all teamsOur ideal Marketing Coordinator must: Be on time to all assigned in-office work days, offsite meetings, and assigned eventsSustain high-energy and positive attitudeCommunicate with all clients and coworkers in a way that fosters teamwork, integrity, and professionalismWork with professionalism and ethical conductHave an outgoing, positive, and professional attitude acting as an ambassador of company values, mission, and image to the public at all timesBe willing to take ownership of each brand’s social content and public relations, and other critical duties assignedPerform other duties, as assigned by the Director of Operations and So Hospitality LeadershipSkills/Abilities: Proven work experience as a Marketing and/or Social Media CoordinatorKnowledge of social media best practices, including timing and frequency of postings across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)Experience with research methods using data analytics softwareExpertise with SEO/SEM campaignsExceptional taste, top notch-design skills and an awareness of how digital marketing drives conversionProven graphic design skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, and/or other outletsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with all Google Suite applications and Google Adwords is preferredCreative, flexible, and the ability to multitaskDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the other team membersProven time management and organizational skillsQualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldProfessional Work Experience with Social Media Platforms (1+ years)Must have a strong design experience with Adobe Creative SuiteReliable transportation to and from workPlease submit your portfolio of past work and a cover letter with your application.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Required)Social Media Management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location |
