Work you’ll do

Collaborate with creative and social media professionals to deliver effective marketing campaigns
Execute and deliver multiple marketing campaigns with competing priorities and deadlines
Conduct research and propose various marketing strategies to enhance client initiatives
Show excellence in inbound and outbound marketing areas including events planning, advertising, content development, and optimization
Liaise with other delivery specialists to support team delivery excellence
Establish new and maintain relationships with vendors, internal teams, and clients

Our Advertising, Marketing, & Commerce team combines the power of Deloitte’s brand with the most inspired marketing techniques to produce business results. From events to social media to digital strategy and execution, we elevate the Deloitte brand and strategic positioning, delivering a cohesive, consistent experience. The team brings together creative and technology skills, business insights, and industry best practices to develop innovative creative assets that engage our clients. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

Qualifications

To ensure success as a marketing delivery specialist in our US Delivery Centers, you must have a strong knowledge of digital marketing, with proven experience in communication and delivery excellence.

Required

S. in Marketing or Communications or equivalent area of study
Proven written and oral communications skills.
Experience in managing, and executing multichannel marketing programs, with a collaborative mind-set, to consistently deliver high quality results
Experience in supporting events, digital advertising, branding, and social media to support marketing activations
Experience creating written messaging, thought leadership and marketing collateral as well as presenting concepts and ideas to colleagues, internal clients, and external clients
Experience leading by influence and ability to work within a matrix organizational structure with a persistent focus on client service (both internal and external)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
Demonstrable organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and keep time sensitive, highly visible projects running smoothly
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
