Introduction to the team
The Consulting Marketing Manager – Tax Services directs marketing strategy for the firm’s tax practice to raise awareness and drive demand for Moss Adams in the marketplace. This position consults with practice leadership regarding marketing approach, and works with sales and marketing colleagues, administrative resources, and client service professionals to execute marketing initiatives. In addition to focusing on the tax consulting vertical, this role collaborates with the consulting marketing team to promote broader multi-disciplinary solutions.
Proven experience producing multi-channel, demand-generation campaigns, developing data-driven strategy, and managing projects in a fast-paced, technical environment are necessary to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:
Create and lead marketing strategies across the firm’s tax practices, ensuring approach supports practice growth goals and is aligned with the firm’s overall marketing and brand strategy
Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to execute integrated marketing strategies through varied channels, including content marketing, advertising, digital marketing, media relations, collateral, and events/sponsorships
Pursue, negotiate, and manage sponsorship, alliance, speaking and event opportunities to create effective sales and marketing opportunities
Analyze performance of marketing tactics for assigned practices and recommend adjustments to enhance effectiveness
Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support varied growth, client experience and communication initiatives
Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget for assigned practices
Serve as a brand ambassador, helping others better understand and articulate the firm’s brand position
Serve as a career advisor for junior team members, providing coaching and performance management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with progressive marketing responsibility; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
Able to work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
Able to assess challenges, think critically, and identify creative solutions
Excellent project management skills with ability to direct the work of others, including individuals senior to you
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues to internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); previous experience with CRM systems, as well as BI reporting and email marketing tools
Able to travel as needed, approximately 20%

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): $93,000-$112,000 |
