Job Description : | SUMMARYPrivate Equity owned, rapidly growing Medical Device Company is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will oversee two in-house marketing team members and will lead the team’s efforts, manage individual and team projects, and drive initiatives from conception to fruition. The ideal candidate should be a highly technical, strategic thinker, and a self-starter.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESManage and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing team members to execute strategies and align business activities around MII’s growth strategy through product management and strategic marketing efforts.Establish objectives for marketing activities; create content and messaging for inside and tele-sales campaigns and consumer promotions; and lead the execution and implementation of key tactics that are in line with brand strategies and company-wide goals.Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, as well as develop and execute training programs and educational webinars; work with internal Sales Team to provide materials, resources, trainings, and support to new and existing customers.Coordinate outward facing events, including seminars, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.Create and deploy compelling business presentations and proposals, and responses to RFP’s.Oversee components of MII’s digital strategy, including company website (WordPress), eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify and Wal-Mart), and social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs and third-party collaborators, and manage outside vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing activities.Effectively communicate MII’s value proposition to create awareness and interest in MII’s products through communications and PR outreach.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, and 8-10 years of Marketing experience (medical device experience preferred, but not required).Experience writing engaging and compelling content for use in press releases, blogs, social media/email campaigns, proposals, and sales & marketing campaigns.Knowledge of various social media platforms, website analytic/reporting structures, and SEO tools and digital marketing best practices.Experience with various programs and platforms, including but not limited to Amazon/Wal-Mart Seller Central, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe programs, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Data Studio, Power My Analytics, and HubSpot, a plus.Excellent people skills to interact with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-parties.Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously handling multiple initiatives.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):What are your salary requirements?Work Location: One location |
