Job Description : | Marketing Manager United Real Estate, a fast-growing brokerage real estate model has a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing. This position will plan, manage, and execute a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives for our high-growth real estate brokerage model, dealing with timelines and creative direction working in conjunction with senior management. Project management, execution, and the ability to keep the big picture in mind while dealing with daily tasks are all key components of this position.Main responsibilities include: Plan, deploy, execute, and manage multi-media marketing campaigns for specific campaigns and program adoption from beginning to endManage the day-to-day planning and implementation activities for brand marketing campaigns, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and solid decision-makingExecute campaigns and place media buys through a multitude of marketing and advertising vehicles including online, email, social media, video, print, broadcast, direct marketing, and outdoor mediaNegotiate cost-effective rates with media outlets, including newspaper, magazine, television, radio and onlineAbility to recognize problems and opportunities while understanding when to shift from analysis into actionProvide creative direction that meets brand guidelines while holding a consistently high standard for creative excellenceContribute ideas in cross-functional teams including marketing, advertising, network operations, franchise sales, training, and communicationsMaintain responsive working relationship and build rapport with internal team members, offices, agents, stakeholders, strategic partners, and vendorsWork together with offices and agents to develop creative materials, tools, and marketing messages to meet their needsManage back-end cost structure of projects for financial reconciliation and trafficking of incoming invoicesBalance and prioritize multiple projects and campaignsOther responsibilities as requiredJob Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience3-5 years’ experience in marketing with a concentration in account management or advertising managementReal Estate familiarity is a plusWell-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing, and customer online experienceClear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to high-quality workExcellent attention to detailMust be a self-starter with results driven mentalityTeam player with a collaborative work style and comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguityHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as email platforms such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact and Social Media PlatformsDesign editing capabilities through Adobe Creative Suite desiredAbility to travel as neededJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):What are your salary expectations?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations |
