Job Description : Marketing Services Specialist Remote/Hybrid – Must be local to Greater Philadelphia area. This position is responsible for the creative presentation of the SolomonEdwards brand, as well as various internal and external audiences’ engagement with it. This includes leading the design and production of visual and audio materials and media used for a wide range of marketing channels (social media, email campaigns/invitations, direct mail, internal communications, proposals, various marketing collateral and promotional materials, amongst many others). The work environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, requiring a strong combination of project management, marketing technology and writing skills. Strong design skills and ability to work with different marketing technology platforms are MUST HAVES!Work Environment: Remote (thru end of 2022), Hybrid (thereafter)RESPONSIBLITIES: · Co-lead implementation and maintenance of corporate branding initiatives, including revision of internal and external collateral, messaging and website.· Provides graphic design, copyediting and proofing expertise for proposals and presentations.· Serves as the firm expert on digital marketing, especially for building engagement around trending topics on LinkedIn.· Produce and assist in project management of various marketing campaigns, including direct mail and broadcast emails from inception to distribution, in close collaboration with practice leaders.· Scope and develop advertising needs, messages, and placements.· Project manages and produces internal and external communications; writing, formatting and distributing new hire announcements, internal newsletters, press releases, success stories, cut sheets, etc.· Supports organization and planning of external marketing and internal events such as webinars, client roundtables, client based continuing education, quarterly meetings, internal training sessions, etc.· Serves as Marketing Liaison to multiple practices to ensure marketing needs are met and questions are answered.· Wide range of administration support including, but not limited to, data analysis, campaign analysis, preparing internal and external communications, event support and management, printing and shipping materials, invoice processing, marketing inventory control, special strategic projects, vendor management.REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience· 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related work experience· B2B professional services industry background preferred, but not required· Must have extensive writing experience with a comprehensive knowledge and grasp of the English language· Must have significant marketing technology skills, including marketing automation and various design and video tools· Previous knowledge or experience in accounting, finance, recruiting, or sales industries is a plus, but not necessary. More important is knowledge of marketing tactics and project management.Skills & Abilities· Capable of creating and implementing various brand elements· Must have strong graphic design skills, including Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop), Word Press, etc., as well as other online services (Canva, etc.)· Video editing skills· Social media marketing – content creation, curation and engagement (experience at successfully building a following and optimizing LinkedIn engagement, both at the corporate and individual levels)· Experience with different marketing automation and email marketing platforms (Net-Results a plus)· Must possess strong skills in project management, writing, editing, proofreading, research· CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)· Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal· Must have strong interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside of the organization· Website administration and content management systems (WordPress)· Experience with LinkedIn Premium business solutions a plus· Excellent PC skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word· Creates and promotes a positive professional attitude and environment· Able and willing to maintain professional development requirements for Marketing· Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment· Able to provide creative suggestions on a consistent basis· Must be detailed oriented and accurately proofread all work, excellent technical proofreading skills· Must be able to effectively multitask, easily change direction, set priorities, and meet deadlinesAdditional Details: Remote/HybridCompensation: $65k-$78k#QUADJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:marketing or communications: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
