While working with product managers, the marketing team, and other staff members, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans and creative campaign direction. You will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including planning, documentation, execution, timeline, budget compliance and project reporting.You must have strong project management skills with the ability to think both creatively and strategically. Using data, you should be able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesOversee marketing project management for ISA’s membership product line using digital brand awareness strategies including digital advertising, email marketing, content development and optimization, and social mediaDevelop strategies for attracting and engaging a global audience and nurturing those relationships with purposeful contentConduct market research to gain insight into consumer demographics, habits and trends and incorporate this data into effective marketing campaignsMeasure and report campaign metrics, including lead volume and conversion rates by channelWork directly with graphic designers/product managers to develop campaign strategy and timelineRequired QualificationsB.A. / B.S. in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Product marketing and advertising agency experience preferredExperience with marketing automation; including campaign creation and workflow deployment. Hubspot experience is strongly preferredMembership or association marketing experience is preferredThorough understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to make data driven decisionsStrong writing skills with a history of promotional marketing copy for print, email, social media promotions, and web content. Proficient in AP styleExceptional multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
