This is an exciting time at Millennia and looking for great talent to join the team and our mission to help improve the patient engagement and payment experience.JOB DESCRIPTION Millennia, is currently in search of a Marketing Specialist to help with day to day marketing activities, events, and company activities. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all of the events and tradeshows that Millennia will attend, verifying analytics and data, handling cross platform marketing and sales tasks. Will work with the CMO, Director of Product Marketing and the Head of Sales to work with our partner associations to secure our attendance and presence at events. This person will also help in nurturing and entering of leads from marketing into Salesforce. be accountable for working with the associations.The ideal candidate understands traditional and digital marketing, events and lead management and what it takes to be successful and is passionate about accelerating the success of others. A successful candidate will be passionate about events and how to connect clients with our sales teams. This person also will need technical skills to make sure any contacts and leads are successfully transitioned to our sales team through Salesforce. Strong organization and coordination skills will also be important as there are multiple events and tactics to make our events most successful.RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage the annual events and tradeshows including registration, attendees, presence(booth or otherwise) * Manage and maintain our booth within the Raleigh office – includes shipping out to various locationsDevelop plans for the overall event experience with the CMO and Director of Product MarketingExecution of all events to include pre/post experience, planning with sales, booth and activation during the eventWork as a lead coordinator in entering leads from HubSpot and other sources into Salesforce, including entering of campaignsHelp to manage and inventory our branded SWAG – including shipping out to events and or teamJob Description: Marketing Specialist membersManage our client newsletter in partnership with Client Success – soliciting for topics/content and working with the CMO to translate it into a compelling communicationEstablish metrics and objectives for marketing and make recommendations for increasing salesPartnership with Sales Leadership and Salesforce coordinator to refine process for Marketing leads intoSalesforce * Travel to some of the events to get a better sense of the general experience and how to optimizeUnderstand Content marketing to make recommendations to build the brand and increase leadsMake recommendations for campaigns and events to build brand awarenessAbility to put together PowerPoint presentations for trainings, webinars, eventsHelp build social brand by engaging with company on social mediaJOB SPECIFIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years experience in marketing and/or sales support roles with demonstrated application of customer centric and value based selling approachesLeads with strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate, learn and apply trainingExcellent presentation and delivery skills with prior facilitation and sales training experience with the ability to represent complex conceptsDemonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross functional teamsA passion for learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage othersMANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SFDC and Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred)Located in RaleighWillingness to travel (10%)MARKETING CORE VALUES Learn Something New Everyday and Apply ItTreat Every Person You Interact With Like Family (That You Like)Show up with Positivity, High Energy, and laughing is not an option.
