We are looking for a Online Marketing Analyst I like you to be a part of our team. Summary & Responsibilities The Online Marketing Analyst will leverage a working knowledge of digital marketing, online directories, social media, and reputation management in order to support and lead strategic initiatives around digital engagement for our HCA hospitals, physician practices, and employed physicians. This candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise support to our network of 4000+ healthcare facilities and providers using reputation & listing management software and will be trained to consult with these facilities on taking appropriate actions to improve online engagement. The candidate will also provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for various online platforms/channels. The candidate will serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders and will escalate issues to the appropriate party or vendor contact as needed. The candidate should have strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to communicate and teach to various levels of understanding. The Online Marketing Analyst will work closely with the digital marketing, email, and SEO teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, quick to learn, good at solving problems, excels in critical thinking and analysis, and has strong interpersonal skills. Provide reputation management consultation to network of 4000+ healthcare facilities and providers, along with their respective practice managers and marketing leaders Lead training and educational courses on how to increase online reviews, build brand awareness, and increase community engagement Track and report the ROI of reputation management initiatives to practice managers, marketing directors, marketing VP’s, senior leadership team, and other key stakeholders Provide technical support to divisions regarding reputation and listing management software and review sites, escalating issues as necessary Monitor the online presence and sentiment of HCA’s physician practices and hospitals, consulting with facilities on best practices for digital engagement and suggesting the appropriate actions Create regular reporting and analysis for facilities and divisions around their online presence Provide excellent customer service and clear, professional communication Monitor industry trends and adjust plans according to the latest breakthroughs and changes in the digital landscape Develop and regularly update training materials and best practices Identify opportunities and implement campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion Monitor key competitor’s online presence, communicate findings and take appropriate action based on the findings Partner with other internal teams to create solutions and initiatives that engage our patient audiences in targeted geographies and services lines Other duties as assigned Education Bachelor’s degree is required.
