Job Description : Hulu is building an in-house media team that will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid search campaigns. The successful candidates will have a passion for paid media, and experience running and scaling campaigns across major search engines. They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible approach to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.
Responsibilities :

Execute end-to-end set-up, optimizations, and maintenance of paid search campaigns
Provide strategic recommendations, budget management, and performance reviews
Work closely with paid search team, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to inform ongoing strategy, testing methodology, and roadmaps
Identify areas of improvement, communicate insights and measure efficiency and effectiveness of different efforts by examining media metrics
Conduct rigorous experiments and A/B tests to improve media effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with larger marketing team to create new ad creative, copy, and landing pages to increase performance
Work with ad operations team to manage tags and pixels including overall tracking strategy, implementation and reporting
Partner with media analytics team to build and automate channel-level reporting
Perform as an active thought-leader on the SEM landscape; be an internal resource for search engine trends, algorithms, and best practices

Basic Qualifications :

4-6 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
Deep knowledge of & mastery of search engine marketing
Experience with A/B testing and geo-based experimentation
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
Understanding of acquisition strategy and direct response campaigns
Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead all aspects of multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Entertainment industry experience, working in agency environment
