Together, we can inspire people to honor the wisdom of the body and live a life free from interference.**Job SummaryMaxLiving is searching for a PPC Specialist who will play an integral role in expanding our digital footprint, driving new patients to chiropractic clinics, and growing our network of chiropractors. In this role, you are required to set up, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines.**To ensure success in this role, you should have experience designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns for businesses. A strong PPC Specialist will understand how people search for a product or service, be able to perfect landing page design, and know how to analyze trends and optimize for results.**Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising to acquire new patients for chiropractic clinics.Create and manage search engine marketing campaigns.Oversee accounts on search platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Yahoo).Define campaign budgets, align campaign goals, and ensure adherence to search optimization principles.Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better return on investment (ROI).Ensure a positive ROI for marketing campaigns.Advise executives and other stakeholders on campaign budgets, goals, costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes.Analyze trends and make data driven decisions to improve campaign performance.Track KPIs and produce useful reports for management.Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages designed to convert.Create a sense of urgency with ads and landing pages.Write compelling copy and use creative visuals to increase click through rates.Write taglines in alignment with the brand that invoke an emotional response.Perform keyword research to understand how people search for products and services.Keep up with PPC and SEM trends.**Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or equivalent work experience.AdWords certification is preferred.Proven experience as a PPC or digital marketing specialist with knowledge in every aspect of the digital marketing campaign process.Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Yahoo).Understanding of HTML and JavaScript, deciphering, tracking, and retargeting codes, and the proper use of tags.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) which includes creating reports and spreadsheets.Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is preferred but not required.**Behavioral attributes:Analytical – The ability to look at numbers and analyze statistical data to improve campaign performance is a must.Creative – Writing compelling copy and designing visuals that leverage emotions requires a creative mind.Organized – This is an all-encompassing role, so strong organization and time management skills are a prerequisite to make sure you don’t miss anything.Strong Communicator – Writing excellent campaign copy and collaborating with team members requires strong communication skills.Adaptability – Willingness to grow in an ever changing environment.
