AMPED!’s Digital Marketing and Technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst will analyze customers’ overall website health, indexability, and technical tactics for Search Engine Results Page (SERP) rankings. Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is always looking to test new ideas and believes in the core values of the company.
The Technical SEO Analyst’s role includes technical SEO fulfillment, reporting, and performing strategic informative analysis. Efficiently analyzing technical SEO issues, prioritizing insights and ideas, and confidently communication strategic direction are tasks that are also expected.
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate opportunities to optimize Page Speed or correct Core Web Vitals issues
Assign intent to keywords and use that data to prioritize on-site efforts and targets
Implement Technical SEO best practices, such as canonicalization and redirection
Set campaign objectives based on insight about the customers’ business
Effectively tie actions to results when reporting
Conduct site-wide SEO audits
Assess and develop recommendations for how to respond to SEO trends and algorithm changes
Monitor and troubleshoot site crawling software and reports
Monitor and comprehend daily, monthly, and yearly website traffic performance results
Identify fluctuating search visibility, site visits, heatmaps of user behavior, and conversion rate improvement opportunities
Build customized Technical SEO requirements, such as Schema Markup recommendations and 301 redirect maps
Identify opportunities to optimize site infrastructure, site maps, robots.txt file, pagination, page response codes, meta data, internal linking, schema markup, core web vitals, and other factors
Create and configure robots.txt – prohibit indexing of login pages, password change, order processing pages, etc. by robot.txt file
Use the “canonical tag or rel = canonical” to eliminate duplicate pages after observing all reference and behavioral criteria
Utilize industry-standard analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog and SpyFu
Setup Google Tag Manager and create reporting dashboards in Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
Analyze site performance through the utilization of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business
Complete certifications with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hubspot
Conduct keyword research and/or content gap analysis
Assist SEO Specialist on additional accounts as background support in order to learn and develop stronger SEO leadership skills
Ensure website developments continue to meet SEO best practice standards while simultaneously providing an improved user experience
Integrate Zapier to Monday.com with CallRail statistics
Social media and marketing quality assurance
E-mail marketing and social media data analysis – A/B testing
Peer review and quality control of social media and e-mail marketing deliverables
Problem-solving and researching other integrations to benefit our operations on Monday.com
. Requirements:
BA in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
2 years’ experience working in a related field
Knowledge of SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
Knowledge of Monday.com preferred but not required
