Our growing company is based in Arlington, VA and Chicago, IL.About the Position: KLIK is looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our rapidly growing media team. Candidates should have a strong desire to be a part of building a small agency into the best agency in the world, and be passionate about digital marketing.The ideal candidate has excellent experience working across Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, and is ready to help lead a world-class team. This role will manage the KPIs of ad spend, steer the direction of strategy development, and support junior-level coordinators who are responsible for day-to-day performance and pacing. KLIK approaches marketing from a data-first perspective, and any candidate must be very comfortable working with data.This is a hands-on role. Candidates should be comfortable directly managing paid media, collaborating closely across the performance marketing team, and providing training and mentorship to junior level employees.To be successful, this person MUST be very comfortable with a fast-moving environment, and must learn to wear multiple hats on top of managing media and managing people. We are looking for someone who loves building processes from the ground up. This role is not a good fit for someone looking for explicit daily direction, and a successful candidate must be highly curious.
