We’re looking for a loyal, ethical, and Performance Marketing Manager who constantly evolves, to use their skills and experience at a brand new 80,000 sq. foot headquarters in Houston, Texas in a new position as the Performance Marketing Manager. Looking a forward thinking, proactive, digital ads ninja to manage our paid ad strategy. If you are fluent in acronyms like PPC, CPC, and ROAS, and can craft messages that grab attention and captivate an audience, this might be the role for you.

Performance Marketing Manager Role:

Manage and execute the digital ad strategy for extensive product catalog across in-pool and outdoor furniture, outdoor games, and lifestyle products
Develop, execute, and analyze ad campaigns with an emphasis on Google and Bing, as well as social media, Amazon, and other paid media platforms
Constantly review, tweak, and optimize ads to maximize ROI
Responsible for ad spend and ROAS goals
Manage and implement pixels and tracking for all mediums, even the less obvious ones, such as print advertising
Establish goals and key metrics for all campaigns and report weekly on campaign performance
Analyze current customer trends on sites, landing pages, and search engine results
Align campaigns with brand marketing and promotions calendars
Monitor spend and performance daily to meet budget, efficiency and other goals
Identify and execute on opportunities for campaign optimization – keyword expansion, bid optimization, ad copy and landing pages
Collaborate with the creative team to create and implement effective ad copy, images, and content
Seek out new opportunities for advertising, including new markets, and new and emerging media
Adhere to ROI and CPA targets.

Performance Marketing Manager Key Experience/Skills:

3+ years managing paid search programs from both a strategic and executional capacity
Proven track record of adhering to ROI and CPA targets
Lifelong learner who stays ahead of the curve on digital media and trends
Passionate about ecommerce and the customer journey
Proficient in Google Suite, including Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics, and Trends,
Competent in Facebook business manager and Pinterest ads manager
Ability to track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve strategy, grow audiences, and drive conversions
Self-starter who is excited about the future of digital media and technology, and will seek new opportunities for growth
Mindset of short- and long-term ROI
Ability to multi-task, balance several projects, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment using excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
