The Program Coordinator will implement influencer marketing best practices and drive value for all existing customers by leveraging Mavrck’s platform and regularly collaborating with the Customer Success Team and Product Team. The Program Coordinator will design influencer campaign strategies, optimize campaigns for performance to hit KPIS, run and execute campaigns on behalf of customers, and communicate feedback and insights back to customers.In this role, you’ll get to: Optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing the health of the influencer-facing experience on a regular basisDesign influencer campaign strategies and content calendars for customersCommunicate regularly with influencers and manage reward fulfillment, email outreach, & acquisitionDevelop and apply a deep understanding of Mavrcks platform and influencer marketing best practices to drive success on customer KPIsContribute to evolving best practices and documentationProvide strategic recommendations to improve customer outcomesParticipate in customer calls to provide updates on performance and delivering data-driven insightsAct as the voice of the customer and the voice of the influencer for internal product feedbackMavrck is committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career.
