Joining Tipalti means you’ll be stepping into a successful and fast-growing SEO team where you’ll receive support, budget, training, and resources to help you succeed in the role.Our SEO team handles varying projects, both internal and external. This person will get the chance to own our internal projects, which means you’ll have broad exposure to the business of a high-growth FinTech Unicorn, and you’ll get to work with more marketing teams outside of SEO, including our creative team, our development team, marketing opps, key business leaders, and others along the way.Managing our internal SEO projects means that you’ll get to help shape the strategy for SEO on Tipalti’s product pages, integrated campaigns, and become our go-to SEO for promoting the Mass Payments product. It’s a role that will help you sharpen your soft skills, just as much as it will help you sharpen your hard skills as a collaborative and strategic SEO professional.Internal SEO Analyst FunctionsManage two writers for needs-based content productionDrive project-focused content that places higher importance on quality to improve topical authorityHelps set and communicate the SEO strategy with the broader organization with support from our Inbound Marketing Sr. Manager.Assists in mapping Tipalti’s content hubs & internal linking projectsConducts research on Tipalti’s competitors and keyword universe to find growth opportunitiesCreates clear, detailed project briefs for writers, designers and developersOwns the intelligence and SEO strategy for mass payments as Tipalti’s go-to for mass pay SEOQualifications3-5 years of proven SEO experienceIn-house SEO experience is preferred, but agency SEO experience is acceptableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player who is comfortable leading projects with a collaboration-first mindsetExperience with B2B SaaS SEO programs is preferred, but not requiredKey SkillsSolid understanding of strategic SEO and the components that create SEO successExcellent keyword research skillsAbility to work with data platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Microsoft ExcelAble to perform opportunity analysis and competitive researchStrong SERP Analysis skills for uncovering search intent and incorporating search intent into on-page content strategyAn understanding of web architecture and internal links as they relate to SEO best practicesProject management experience and an eye for UX recommendations are a plus#LI-ESPCompanies like Twitch, Twitter, GoDaddy, and Roblox entrust Tipalti to scale their business rapidly and dramatically reduce finance friction.
