We’re looking to grow from a niche brand to mainstream.We’re looking for your SEO and content expertise to help guide new content creation as well as leverage and refresh our existing content. You will also work collaboratively with the growth team to help repurpose our content across broader social channels.Your role is to create a content machine: develop a winning content strategy that supports our overall strategy and execute primarily across our blog today, and set the foundation for growing into other media channels in the future (YouTube, webshows, podcast etc.)You create, source and produce world class content on data-driven marketing + get our content out there – more eyeballs, attention, shares, backlinks. Each piece needs to be absolutely world class.You execute both strategically and tactically and can move with ease between both.We’ll support your professional development and teach you what we know. And you will always be working directly with other members in the teamResponsibilities: Create and execute a winning content strategyWork with and manage 3rd party vendors: our content agency + SEO contractorsWrite long form thought leadership content for the CXL blog & resource guides, based on our editorial guidelines.Identifying and capitalizing on SEO opportunities (keyword research and analysis, technical and onpage SEO)Manage 3rd parties responsible for content creationRe-purpose and distribute content for various channelsSource and edit content from world class practitionersContent distribution: getting more eyeballs on our contentCreate groundwork for growing our content machine beyond the blog into podcast, webshows, live events etc.Manage 3rd party conversion copywriters to write and edit conversion-based copy for sales pages to influence behavior and drive course trial startsIS THIS YOU?You’ve produced and distributed world class content before, built content machines – and can demonstrate itYou have at least 5 years of relevant experienceYou know your SEO and can write/edit content that grows organic traffic and page rankYou’ve written for top marketing publications, and can show off a portfolio of well-researched articles.You are highly proactive, do not need to be micromanagedReady to learn a lot and put in the needed effortComfortable with hitting deadlines.A good understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social mediaNice to have: excellent understanding of multimedia beyond written content mediums: video, audio, live contentThe role can be fully remote or hybrid (offices in Tallinn, Estonia and Austin, TX)WHAT WE OFFERAdvantages of working for us:Learn from people who know their stuff.
