. Requirements:

The SEO Coordinator is an entry point into Search Engine Optimization. This role will support the SEO team in the execution of organic search strategies and campaigns in order to reach client goals. The SEO Coordinator will provide support to the SEO team by performing monthly website audits, helping to build and monitor client campaigns, completing keyword and user experience research, monitoring organic keyword performance, as well as monitoring web traffic and identifying tendencies and trends. The SEO Coordinator will report to the SEO Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Learn to perform both front end, user-experience and back end, technical website audits to ensure best practice and experience. Assist with execution of SEO initiatives, including content development and publishing, on-page optimizations, and more in conjunction with digital marketing teams to meet target organic goals for clients.
Export audit data for client websites and work with SEO Manager to turn it into actionable insights as well as Analyze traffic data and provide monthly/annual reports on clients’ organic performance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest algorithm updates, industry trends, and news.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance.
Learn to identify growth opportunities in core areas such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization.
Track & monitor SEO engagement performance and provide insights to Account Managers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve client SEO goals.
Conduct keyword research and work with SEO Manager to develop a targeted keyword strategy to compete for and capture high-intent traffic effectively.
Learn to make recommendations for SEO optimization opportunities, including technical, onsite, and off-site SEO.
Support performing technical SEO audits and competitive research, summarizing learnings into actionable requirements.
The qualifications we look for in a talented SEO Coordinator:
Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Website Editing or WordPress experience
Basic understanding of statistics as they relate to digital marketing
Strong multi-tasking, research, and decision-making skills
Proactive thinking is a must
Effective problem solver
Professional demeanor
Proven experience working in a collaborative environment
Basic SEO experience preferred not required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
