Rosewood Miramar Beach is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Team!
Overview
Based on the property this position supports the marketing team with the administration of social media channels, content marketing strategy, and in-house promotions. This position will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, engaging, and responding to our followers; ensuring that all communication platforms adhere to Rosewood’s Brand Book guidelines and support the resort’s marketing and communication goals. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to express our brand’s views creatively. Daily communication with the marketing team and relevant departments throughout the resort to assist with on-site content efforts including photo/video shoots and creation of marketing collateral as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the social media accounts and community management for Rosewood Miramar Beach and its outlets including content calendar development, copy approval, imagery curation, and monthly reporting
Prepare and execute strategic social campaigns to support the overall business goals of the resort
Generate, edit, publish and share impactful and compelling social media content daily that increases engagement with our audience, consistently delivering on-brand voice posts across all social platforms working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs, including replying to social media messages and reviews
Support influencer marketing by sourcing influencers for content creation (evergreen and campaign focused)
Own research, outreach, and brand relationships with partnership opportunities for social-first giveaways
Develop a reporting process that includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for social media campaigns to implement optimizations for performance
Create and manage paid social media campaigns including ROI reporting
Assist with the planning and execution of property photoshoots including briefing and overseeing photographers, videographers as needed during on-site projects
Work closely with the Guest Relations team to create memorable experiences and personal touches for high-profile guests to promote social posts and positive press
Stay up to date on new social media tools and best practices, identifying ways for the resort to be at the forefront of social media trends
Identify, recommend, and act upon any potential marketing opportunities that create a positive market profile or potential revenue
Actively participates in the Business Plan preparation with emphasis on driving the revenue objectives for the resort
Attend staff and management meetings
Maintain expenses within the budgeted guidelines
Prepare and submit timely monthly reports, participate in scheduled sales and or marketing meetings
Work closely to ensure that budget parameters and controls are implemented and that corrective actions are taken if necessary, to help meet budget goals

Qualifications
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social and digital marketing
3+ years experience in social media management preferably at an agency
Creating and maintaining client and vendor relationships
Self-motivated demonstrating a high level of initiative and proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing appropriately
Familiar with graphic design platforms
Knowledge in photography and brand identity guidance
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
