BeatBox Social Media Coordinator The Social Media Coordinator Intern keeps the communication between The Brand its diverse fan base flowing. This role requires friendly and timely communication with the rapidly growing fanbase. Reporting to the Social Media Manager and Director of Socials, the SMC will gain experience in three pillars of social media : Community Management, Influencer Marketing, and Content Production/Coordination. The Social Media Coordinator will aide in the organization and distribution of BeatBox related content and messaging while playing a pivotal role in helping BeatBox Beverages social team move at the speed of culture. Responsibilities Manage content moderation (Community Moderation Experience) Respond to all comments on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) including DM’s in brand voice. Manage content moderation (Community Moderation Experience) Manage Grin communication (influencer marketing experience) Push prospects through pipeline from initial outreach to approving proposals Flag and escalate any issues with shipping or creator questions that require 1:1 response Search and select influencers to place into prospecting list for relevant campaigns Label creators requiring payment for manager to lead Coordinate and schedule content approved by Social Media Manager Schedule post-worthy content a week ahead to have posts queued up ahead of time Additionally Content Creation experience is a plus Ability to make trending content for Beatbox to post on reels and TikTok Experience/Requirements Must be 21+ Minimum of 1 year of content creation Photo/video editing experience is a plus Must be able to commit to closing out all communications on socials within 24 hours 3 hours/day can be worked continuously or spread-out to ensure communications are turned around in the 24 hour window Weekdays, weekends and possible evenings, required Availability to join at least one marketing call per week for an hour to discuss departmental strategies for content BeatBox Beverages provides a fair and equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
