| Job Description : | Town & Country is looking for a social media editor who can oversee and grow the brand’s many digital platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Apple News, and more. The candidate will work on all day-to-day operations critical to Town & Country social strategy. This candidate should have experience managing large social audiences and producing creative social content, and have a passion for all things Town & Country: fashion, beauty, culture, the royals, politics, and entertainment. This role reports to the digital director. Please note: For consideration, resumes must be submitted in PDF format with a cover letter, salary requirements, and a link to a portfolio of work. Responsibilities Oversee and post to Town & Country’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts, and experiment with emerging platforms Work with Apple News to optimize Town & Country’s content on the platform, plus handle strategy around push notifications for the brand Monitor social media platforms and analyze data to inform social strategy Plan and execute the roll out of print content across social platforms Work with various editorial teams to create and execute social-first initiatives Develop new and innovative strategies for growing Town & Country’s social presence Work with T&C’s branded content and partnerships teams to produce, edit, and execute paid programs Write stories for the website on occasion. Experience DashHudson, SocialFlow, and Google Analytics preferred Qualifications A social media editor with 3-5 years of professional social media experience, strong editorial judgment, and clean writing skills Someone who is quick to identify emerging social media trends and take initiative with experimenting accordingly—and someone who is tapped in to pop culture and the news cycle A savvy strategist who knows how to utilize social platforms (including emerging platforms) and tools like SocialFlow, Google Analytics, and Dash Hudson A lover of fast-paced, collaborative environments Able to work nights and weekends as needed #LI-AH1 Degree Level : |
