We are here to pursue the path of adventure and team life we all enjoy.Position Overview:Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports marketing and customer support initiatives while increasing brand equality and online awareness. This position is responsible for evaluation, planning, organizing, managing, and contributing to all social media channels to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent marketing message and strengthening our position in the market.Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate both existing and potential social media activities and strategiesConduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness.Identify, interpret, and capitalize on social media trendsPlan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs and initiativesWork closely with other marketing organization to ensure tight integration of all social media programs and initiatives.Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships and social media programs that are targeted toward key customer segments.Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of social media tactics and programsDevelop benchmark criteria to measure the effectParticipate and initiate online conversations across a variety of channelsEducate and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management and other marketing organizationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, customer support, product management.Job Requirements:Social Media, Interactive, Web and Public Relations skillsKnowledge of online technology, particularly including blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook,Twitter, Instagram or etc.Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skillsEnsure promotional strategy as we thrive to grow our fan base.Continue our Engagement strategy.
