Maesa is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing Digital team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing overall social media strategy for one of Maesa’s exclusive skincare brands. The Social Media Manager collaborates closely with the marketing team, creative and the founder in defining and overseeing the social strategy across channels for the brand. You will support a cross-channel marketing experience as you lead the social media aspect of the consumer journey for key activations.

This role reports to the Senior Social Media Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead social media strategy in collaboration with Brand Marketing team and Founder across the brand’s social channels to support objectives.
Lead and manage the launch of the brand’s social channels.
Define the brand voice and identity on social to be carried out across brand social media channels.
Oversee planning of social calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc. for the brand.
Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Media teams and third-party agencies for content that aligns with overall brand identity, calendars, goals and budget.
Coordinate with Customer Service team on social listening and response.
Develop strategies to support product launches and seasonal animations around editorial calendar/brand stories.
Manage and oversee agencies to effectively handle community management across platforms, through flawless execution of response times and content delivery in an authentic brand voice.
Collaborate with Media team for an integrated paid social strategy.
Collaborate with Influencer Marketing team for an integrated influencer & social strategy.
Define tactics to support a full omnichannel brand presence, for DTC/brand website as well as Retailer Dotcoms.
Oversee reporting and analyze performance of social media initiatives, including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referral traffic and conversions. Create regular reports to share with internal teams and Founder team.
Share expertise on evolving landscape and bring forth ideas to stay competitive in the social universe.
Identify and propose new, innovative social media campaigns and initiatives in support of key brand moments, events and milestones.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
4+ years of experience in social media and social content creation.
Proven history developing and managing strategies and campaigns to grow social media audiences and engagement for a brand.
Experience managing brand social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Experience in skincare is required.
Experience using social media analytics tools.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of a brand across various types of content.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail.
