THE ROLE ShopShops is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on managing & posting content to our social pages, including Instagram, TikTok & Facebook. This superstar will be responsible for curating/creating unique and dynamic social content, scheduling content cross-platform, creating memorable and utility-driven copy for posts, and helping to drive consistent audience engagement. Our future team player will have a passion for the internet and all of the ways that people interact with it. You will use data to inform decisions, and will collaborate with the host team, content team & paid strategy team to ensure to grow our audiences on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideate, conceptualize, execute, and evaluate social media strategies inclusive of organic social, influencer activations & community engagement Manage social media posting schedule Collaborate with multiple teams, including content team & paid ads team Effectively convey the ShopShops voice across all social platforms Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase social media effectiveness. Create TikTok videos for the ShopShops official account, as well as help guide hosts with creating content for you to post REQUIREMENTS: 2+ Years of relevant social media/digital marketing experience Must have experience creating social video content Experience with a fashion company, especially in luxury market, a major plus Demonstrated success running & growing a TikTok/IG account In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Pinterest, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios Knowledge of influencer ecosystem relevant to the apparel industry Familiarity with Adobe editing tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator, to create/edit assets for social Strong writing and editorial skills Deep enthusiasm for experimenting with content and strategy to improve for important metrics Advanced knowledge of programming content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and love collaborating with others to achieve success. Open to constructive feedback and have an overall collaborative spirit!
