Job Description : | We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will also assist in the daily duties in the office.This role will be a be a supporting member to the Office manager, but will also be responsible for Social Media presence of the company as well as generating flyers.Previous experience working with Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) in a business setting not just personal use would be an advantage.A successful candidate should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and create social media posts on all social media formatsServe an assistant to office manager on daily functions of dealing with factories and dealers.Generating quotes and spreadsheets when needed as well as flyers.*SkillsExperience with Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn in a professional capacityProven experience as an Administrative assistantKnowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsJob Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Anyone working in this office must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
