The Sr. Marketing Campaign Specialist is a B2B marketing professional responsible for development, coordination, and execution of demand and lead generation campaigns that support Stratasys and Stratasys Direct Manufacturing pipeline goals. The candidate must be passionate about campaign design, content marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation, and be able to collaborate in a team environment to plan, manage and support the execution of campaigns from content strategy to creative handoff through lead delivery. The Sr. Specialist must be able to execute content generation independently and within the larger team. This role requires a high achiever with proven ability to generate results, coordinate across functions and regions, and continually drive to improve campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute campaigns:
Lead the planning, content strategy, and deployment of top, middle, and bottom of funnel marketing campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally with Stratasys resources.
Set and manage program set up in Marketo campaign automation
Act as the Project Manager for campaign activities with lead and opportunity targets that support the campaign plan.
Work with Stratasys customer facing teams to consistently communicate campaigns and enablement programs and promote utilization across Stratasys’s customer facing teams.
Provide guidance and direction to media agency to ensure digital strategies are in line with the North America marketing plan and goals
Monitor the performance of nurture email streams and recommend adjustments as needed
Manage third-party vendor relationships through effective communication of expected deliverables and/or results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field
5+ years of experience in content marketing with a strong focus on campaign development, content generation, content strategy, demand generation and rules-based lead nurturing
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud- and web-based marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce or similar)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills (English), and be able to ”sell” ideas cross-functionally
Experience working with selling teams
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing best practices
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and growing environment
