Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage growth strategy for current and emerging social channels.
Lead strategy and work closely with influencers for creator content to support the brand and content.
Support marketing team with creator strategy for campaigns, events and partnerships.
Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
Set an experimentation calendar and test hypotheses around the optimal editorial strategy.
Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices
Source, create, and publish timely social media content to inform, educate, and inspire various audiences about their digital offerings.
Earn trust internally and externally with many different audiences and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Proven ability, willingness, and desire to:
Think and act strategically – look around corners and build a long-term social media presence in support of business objectives.
Be creative and develop engaging social media content that’s aligned with the company brand.
Exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time frames.
Think and communicate clearly – formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it.

Deal with ambiguity – have a bias for action, but an ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Specific experience in Sprinklr publishing and reporting, and Social Listening.
Experience of using customer data/insights to inform campaign strategy and planning.
Experience launching and/or directly managing social accounts with large base of social followers.
Develop and deploy global influencer marketing in partnership with key internal partners (Partnerships, PR/Communications, Marketing, Events) and global external agencies.
A good understanding of digital products and business and/or customer life-cycle marketing.
Experience of thinking, writing, communicating and producing with absolute clarity for a variety of audiences.
Position can be located in Seattle, WA/HQ, New York, NY or Atlanta, GA. |
