To learn more, visit helloalice.com, as well as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Job Summary: As a UX Marketing Designer at Hello Alice, you’ll focus on producing best-in class digital marketing experiences all while honoring and adding to a newly launched in-house brand system.You’ll report directly to the Creative DirectorRole and Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll be working on day-to-day, but as a nimble organization that puts our small business community at the forefront, flexibility is key, and other responsibilities may arise.Work cross-functionally with other designers to gather user insights and refine the Hello Alice user experience journey, including visual and UX best practicesCommunicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation and user experience are of high-quality.Help develop and evolve our design system in order to craft flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.Provide feedback on staff design solutions through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Work in close collaboration with Design Leadership to inform and improve our design processes.You will work cross-functionally to conceive and implement design deliverables as part of a collaborative creative team.You’ll support the evolution of the Hello Alice visual brand system.You’ll work with the marketing team to design and implement digital marketing campaigns.You’ll stay abreast of current design trends and tools, as well as opportunities for audience engagement.Required Skills and Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., graphic, visual communications, interaction) or a related field or equivalent practical experienceVery strong user experience design and problem-solving skills with a portfolio to prove it3-5+ years of experience in digital designExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, content writers, and product managers throughout the design processExperience designing across multiple platforms (web, web app, mobile app)Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces (see portfolio tips).Experience in WordPress or similar CMSSensitivity to accessibility for all usersStrong communication and collaboration skillsScrum experience a plusHTML and CSS knowledge a plusComputer skills:Productivity tools – Email, Microsoft Office or equivalentDesign tools – Adobe CC, FigmaAgile/project management tools (Ex.
