Ultimately, this position needs to increase social media traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills.Reports to Marketing DirectorPosition is hourlyFunctions: Pre-production storyboard development, scriptwriting, presenting ideas, and revisionsProduction video shoot.Post-production editing, adding music, and other effects.Writing and editing of social media experiences.Coordinating resources and information to create compelling video and print projects.Manage timelines to deliver projects on time.Record keeping daily timesheets.Maintain proper project documentation (music and image licenses, releases, etc.)Promotes teamwork and maintains an attitude of cooperation with co-workers in all departments.Makes all requested changes/corrections promptly and correctly.Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.Production of multiple projects.Research and Download images as needed to complete assignments.Help Production Artist with sign manufacturing and packaging of material.Qualifications: Required software knowledge: Microsoft applications, iMovie, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, and InDesignRequirements: Must be at least 18 years of ageHave a high school diploma or GEDMust be enrolled in college and studying a related fieldMust be able to lift to 50 lbs.Must be able to work in extreme cold and heatMust be able to stand for long periodsHave reliable transportationThis position could require using power tools, lifting moving ladders, and owning a dependable car.Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Videography: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
