The Web and Digital Strategy Manager supports the vision and priorities for delighting our clients, employees, and other key market constituents. This position will drive business growth through PSCU and PSCU companies’ web properties. Duties include planning and strategic development, execution and monitoring of comprehensive digital campaigns, creation of content, SEO strategy and optimization, tracking & reporting, general communications, paid and non-paid initiatives, and client communications. The focus of this position is to lead the thinking and deliverables for overall development and delivery of PSCU and PSCU companies’ web presence, from roadmap to project development and execution, including Marketing tech stack requirements. The role will contribute to Marketing’s perspective on digital technology and functionality priorities, and synthesize enterprise web and digital strategy with data to build the story of how the web and digital channels are performing across all stages of the pipeline-to-retention journey and what we need to do next. Success will depend on the ability to synthesize short-term business needs with long-term digital strategy and execute in partnership with the Marketing Strategy, Insights, Sales Enablement & Operations, Communications, Creative Marketing teams, and PSCU IT. Role Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall PSCU.com and PSCU companies’ site visions—keeping it continually refreshed based on evolving technical capabilities, content delivery, digital design, and audience expectations
Research and bring an evergreen point-of-view on enterprise web best practices to the discussion
Partner with Marketing Strategy to define deep Role-based Persona Experience profiles, adding the web context to established personas and enterprise content strategy
Define and drive execution of digital user journeys, supporting role-based personas, sales segments, and industries
Work closely with cross-functional groups spanning marketing strategy, creative, member development, insights, product, sales, HR, service delivery, and other business unit teams to optimize our requirements and priorities to drive the business and serve the member across the Discover, Explore, Evaluate, Use, Reinvest cycles
Develop PSCU.com and PSCU web properties as the center of excellence, educating teams and stakeholders on standard methodologies (regardless of platform) for engagement, publishing, copywriting, analytics, Web processes, etc.
Work with PSCU IT Department, develop and lead the Web infrastructure (CMS, application integrations, environments) to ensure stability and how to scale fast while increasing capabilities to meet business and customer needs
Ensure Web data and analytics are collected to appropriately inform decision making for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting performance
Lead the team to develop marketing operations using automated processes within Pardot and Salesforce
Be the product owner, at times the stakeholder, within a defined Agile process – gather, scope, provide timeframes for short and long term deliverables
Establish and measure what matters and track progress/report results based on agreed-upon metrics and achievement for web/digital experience optimization decisions, business goals, as well as program-specific KPIs to show impact on business objectives
Prepare insights and read-outs for internal business unit reviews
Develop customer and prospect communications and marketing program strategies across digital channels, including email, mobile (SMS), display, PPC, and other advertising campaigns
Develop long term personalization plans based on the digital strategy objectives
Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Handle interviewing, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, compensation, counseling, and termination of staff
Develop and maintain staff by applying the necessary training and leadership that will allow internal growth and advancement
Direct staff, to ensure that all duties are performed according to departmental performance standards Role Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information required.
AWS Certifications are preferred. Experience
Eight (8) years of relevant experience (digital marketing and website development).
Technical experience in a wide variety of traditional and headless CMS (preferably: ModX, WordPress, Drupal, and Directus) required.
Eight (8) years of experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript required (expert level).
Server side CSS preprocessors, LESS & SASS will be beneficial.
Experience with developing code by hand within an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or code editor and developing functional websites and applications required.
Dynamic website development using PHP and MySQL is preferred.
Three (3) years of experience as an Agile product owner and technical lead managing web/application development team required.
Experience using Laravel, VueJS, Angular, and other web frameworks as well as Adobe Creative Suite and Pardot is preferred.

Pay Equity
PSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The typical annual hiring range for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity is: $90,800.00
to $130,533.33

Note: T he amount shown is based on full time annual salary and would be prorated based on role.

In addition this position is eligible for an incentive plan, based on performance.
