Job Summary
This role will help drive the expansion of existing affiliate accounts. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals and establishing strong connections with media partners & publishers to accelerate expansion. The main focus of the Affiliate Manager role will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.The affiliate manager will serve as the ‘voice of the affiliate’ within Batch by providing feedback to improve the affiliate experience (technology, operations, pay, etc).
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive growth of existing partners by…
Own strategy and execution of the affiliate programs as guided by the overall marketing department goals
Analyzing and report on campaign performance
Acquisition, retention, and activation of new affiliates and partnerships in real estate and home services industries.
Proactively improve campaigns and processes (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.)
Presenting ways to increase revenue and drive account growth
Basic analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to grow relationship and enrollment volume
Monitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
Ability to work with a Business Intelligence team to pull more granular reporting or answer important business questions
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, etc to increase revenue targets.
Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
Provide training on affiliate management as needed.
Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
Organize and coordinate events and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
Meet Daily/Weekly/Quarterly KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years within Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing
Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisions
Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously
Solid understanding of users, the marketplace, competition, and of future trends for the consumer credit, finance, or identity theft
Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders
Experience or familiarity with the topics of information security and data privacy
Understanding of subscription models, trials, and premium products
Working knowledge of HTML, a plus
The ability to periodically travel on the job |
