Job Description : ABOUT THE POSITION The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will contribute digital strategy to the marketing and promotional efforts for ATG San Antonio and beloved landmarks, the Majestic Theatre (92 years) and Charline McCombs Empire Theatre (107 years), performing a broad range of digital marketing duties and necessary tasks to drive awareness, engagement and increase ticket sales for venue concerts, theatrical performances, comedy, and Broadway shows and best customer experience. PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS Primary functions include oversight, execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing initiatives and strategies on digital platforms including venue website, e-mail database, social media, display ads and search engines in line with performance marketing campaigns, lead generation and venue brand and goals. Develop & implement effective digital ad campaigns including Paid Search, Social Media, Programmatic, Retargeting, Video ads for targeted audiences Manage e-database platform, creating Targeted Audience Segments to optimize campaign performance Implement and manage performance tracking tools such as UTM parameters, pixels, tags, Facebook Data Sources Analyze and report of digital analytics and insights on timely basis Oversee Social media strategy and implementation Lead redevelopment of venue website with best UX/UI practices and website maintenance EXPERIENCE and SKILLS The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. In addition to having exceptional communications skills, you are not afraid to ask questions, share ideas or take initiative. 3 or more years in digital marketing/advertising Experience and deep familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads required Experience with Google Analytics Web Design Experience/Knowledge Understanding of website best practices and performance metrics Familiarity with digital marketing tracking technologies Evaluation of campaign metrics and analytics for campaign optimization and high-level reporting Knowledge of OTT, streaming practices, and digital trends Well-versed in use of social media as marketing tool Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure meeting deadlines and deliverables Strong Writing Skills Detail-oriented Excellent communication and management skills while being a positive team player COMPETENCIES Must be capable of insuring that all laws, building codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management and emergency procedures are followed.
