About the Role Athleta is a fast-growing brand with continued focus on increasing awareness, driving new & existing customer purchases and engagement with the Athleta community. This role will focus on Athleta site and email marketing and execution, with a focus on Athleta’s loyalty program, promotional campaigns and AthletaWell, our community platform. This role will sit on the Athleta Retention Marketing team and equally partner with the Site Content team. The ideal candidate will be proactive & organized and have strong communication skills, a willingness to work within a highly matrixed organization, and a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, email marketing & the customer journey. This is a full-time role. What You’ll Do Loyalty Marketing / AthletaWell Optimization Complete competitive research and stay up-to-date on competitors’ loyalty and community programs and their various offers and messaging Assist email and site marketing managers with AthletaWell and Athleta Rewards (loyalty program) Test & Learn sessions, including but not limited to creative briefing, creative reviews, QA and reporting back on results Partner with email marketing team to determine email segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure we are optimizing loyalty and community content delivery at the customer or segment level Promotion Campaign Execution Assist email and site marketing with promotions, including but not limited to creative briefing, creative reviews, QA and reporting back on results Partner with email and site marketing teams to manage Promotion Playbook, tracking learnings, best practices and setting benchmarks for future campaigns Support and proxy for managers in Test & Learn meetings, participating in cross-functional working sessions and reporting back on testing agenda Who You Are Qualifications Background in digital marketing required; lifecycle, loyalty, and e-commerce experience preferred Ability to think strategically with a passion for innovation and creative problem solving Ability to glean insights and tell a story from data Strength in building relationships and working cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams Ability to work in fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple projects Omniture experience (or other analytics platform experience) preferred Benefits at Athleta Merchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta, and 30% off at Outlet for all employees.
