Job Description : | The Role As an Associate Director, Data Strategy, you will serve as the measurement lead on a large client in the Streaming Media space. In this role, you will work closely with Technical Analytics Managers, Implementation Engineers, Data Analysts, and Visualization specialists to deliver a comprehensive digital marketing measurement strategy to this client. As part of this, you will partner with paid media leads internally, and directly with the client’s analytics team at both a strategic and tactical level. The ideal person is someone who can connect business goals to digital measurement outcomes and develop a framework that allows for scalable data portability, measurement, analysis, and visualization solutions. **This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship #LI-AO1 #LI-Remote You Will Be Working with internal stakeholders on all aspects of this client’s digital measurement strategy and envisioning the measurement maturity roadmap Working directly with the client as the face of the Digital Intelligence team and effectively communicating challenges and solutions Defining and isolating new opportunities to advance the scope of tracking solutions and data utilization Architecting new solutions as client goals adjust to industry trends Keeping up with industry measurement trends & challenges (e.g. the scope of Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency policy) to brief senior leaders on the client’s team Leading a team of five data practitioners with unique skill sets (Implementation, Visualization, Data Engineering, Technical Integration) to deliver on measurement objectives You Must Have 3-4 years of hands-on experience working inside of a Digital Analytics platform (e.g. Google or Adobe Analytics) General knowledge of working within MMPs with a focus on digital marketing measurement solutions Basic understanding of Adobe Launch (or similar Tag Management platform) and the ability to guide technical practitioners Knowledge of data taxonomy governance in relation to visualization and analysis needs The ability to effectively frame digital measurement problems for data analysts, as well as defining the utility of the outcome and what decisions can be made as a result Awareness of the wider Digital Marketing space, with a particular emphasis on Paid Media data portability The ability to know your way around a spreadsheet – beyond simple data input, you’re well versed when it comes to detecting basic trends in the data An understanding of connecting online and offline data sets |
