Every day you can improve lives in your own, unique way – and it all starts with you.Do you have what it takes?The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly-motivated Associate Marketing Director to work alongside our leadership team and the firm’s founder to create, implement, and manage all marketing programs and initiatives for the firm. This is an ideal position for a strategically minded, self-starter with experience in legal marketing. A successful candidate is comfortable overseeing marketing projects across various channels including but not limited to: digital marketing, traditional marketing, performance marketing, out of home marketing, and guerilla marketing. This candidate is expected to take the lead on marketing initiatives, liaise with third-party vendors, and be able to execute responsibilities with limited management when necessary.This position has a built in growth opportunity and the right candidate will transition to Marketing Director in the Fall.Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day coordination of all marketing initiatives for firm, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines.Act as point of contact for third party vendors: digital agency, PR agency, advertising agency, and more.Closely strategize and oversee digital marketing strategy, utilizing tools (Google Analytics, Moz, SEM Rush, and more) to prepare reports for senior management and effectively manage digital agency.Own and maintain monthly, weekly, and annual reports. Analyze and present data to leadership.Oversee content strategy, maintaining content calendar, and proofreading all blogs, posts, pages, email blasts, and other brand outputs.Coordinate and attend photo and video shoots as needed.Work cross functionally with intake team to ensure conversion of new leads.Lead all client services programs including but not limited to holiday gift program, client birthday program, etc.Perform competitor research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends.Maintain all digital marketing assets. Assist with minor graphic design projects.Oversee attorney referral program, maintaining strategic relationships and seeking opportunities for business development.Assist with and propose special projects as needed.Qualifications & Skills: Candidate has 5+ years overseeing marketing strategy including digital with some experience doing so for a law firm.Candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills and can effectively multitask.Has the ability to work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and work cross-functionally with senior leadershipPossesses a positive attitude with the ability to collaborate as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.Has a passion for data analytics, reporting, and its relationship to marketingHas previous experience running marketing campaigns for a law firm and knowledge of legal disclaimers and ethical guidelines for legal advertisingSolid understanding of SEO/SEM best practicesSolid digital marketing experience running campaigns on various channels including paid (LSA, PPC, display), social, email, etc.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially proficiency in PhotoshopProficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, DriveFamiliarity with Google Analytics, SEM Rush, MozUnderstanding of various digital file types and experience managing digital assetsPrevious experience managing and developing content for a content calendarNot required but a plus: Experience with Canva, Constant Contact, Google Ad Words, Facebook AdsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccination required for all staff.Experience:Legal Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
