In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deployment of the client R&D candidate recruitment strategy elevating our reputation as an employer of choice and aligning internal and external candidate messaging to support the current Future Fit and other key growth initiatives.ACCOUNTABILITIES: Branding :In partnership with key stakeholders, you will:o Support the design and delivery of our talent attraction strategyo Elevate and communicate client employer brand with innovative, intriguing contento Collaborate with client recruitment advertising and employer brand vendor(s) to execute on the strategy and optimize content both for social media and our external career websiteo Creatively design and build recruitment marketing materials to amplify and position client as an employer of choiceo Manage R&D TA social media platforms both internal and external, branding technology platforms, event strategies, engagement strategies and campaignso Partner with internal communications teams to heighten awareness internally about recruiting activityo Measure and communicate progress, content creation and project managemento Lead and/or support projects as neededSourcing:Act as the product owner for our branding and sourcing technologies (included but not limited to): LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron and WorkdayBuild content and, when needed, manage talent communities and pipelinesProvide content and create exposure for all levels of recruiting including Campus/Interns, Executive and Mid-careerLead and participate on projects teams as needed, including presentations on all Talent Acquisition strategyEducation and Experience:Bachelors Degree and relevant work experienceExposure to full lifecycle recruitment with at least 3 years of related experience focused on candidate attraction, brand and social mediaExperience working in an agency or managing agency partners a plusPassion to create and execute a compelling Employee Value Proposition for R&D and clientDemonstrated success independently identifying and acting on priorities to execute concurrent tasks and projectsExceptional communication skills, including a strong writing aptitude and presentation skillsPrevious experience in a complex global organization, preferably Life Sciences, Pharma or R&D centric business modelExperience in MS Office Products, Data & Analytics Platforms and Social MediaOutstanding organizational skills, specifically to create project plans, drive processes and follow upCreative and innovative spirit with a desire to define and execute talent strategiesExceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, cross-functionally, and externally.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $53.00 – $55.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
