Job Description : | Job Description: Community ManagerReports To: VPSummary / ResponsibilitiesThe Community Manager is responsible for providing management to client’s social media presence. This includes supporting communications on various social platforms and forums, while ensuring all content published meets brand guidelines and overall communication style. The Community Manager will monitor social media channels and forums to build a community of followers, handle support questions and increase overall engagement.Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies, including management of content calendar, copywriting and post schedulingSchedule, write and publish content that meets the brand’s communication styleImplement social media strategies that increase engagement and followersUse social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brandManage, moderate and participate in the brand’s forums to increase engagement and build communityStay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends and inform management ofchanges that are relevant to the company’s marketing activitiesRespond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely manner and in the tone of voice of the clientWork in collaboration with overall team and client to meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns and brand forum community management including creation and implementation of strategic approach / plan, as well as ability to adapt when needed if current plan is not achieving overall program goalsBuild relationships with the online communityMonitor and provide feedback on engagement / conversation via social media channels and brand forums including weekly / monthly recapsQualifications & Requirements4-6 years specific experience in social media / community management*Exceptional organizational and communication skills*Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects*Proficiency with Macs as well as Word, Excel and Keynote*Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions*Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays on occasion*Blue Pixel is an equal opportunity employer.
