We are privately funded and well capitalized – our founder has grown another successful mobile technology company and Onnjo was started to fill a void in the B2B mobile device accessory market. Our first wave of manufacturing is complete and we have product in inventory. We are nearing the launch of our digital properties, and need additional bandwidth to lead in our content creation strategy and execution. Our sales and distribution channels are ready to go! This will surely be an exciting and fast-paced opportunity!What will I be doing?Simply put, we need a massive library of product content, which you will be responsible for creating, including but not limited to- Product photography- Lifestyle images- Hero images- Product collages- Product renderings (experience working with CAD files is helpful but not required)- Graphics- Video, including drop-test videos, installation videos, compatibility videos, quick product demos, help/how-to videos, testimonials, and more.This product content will be used in the following ways- eCommerce (both our website and 3rd party seller channels, e.g. Amazon)- Sales and marketing collateral- Social media, with a heavy emphasis on video content (YouTube, etc)- Email marketingHow will I do it?If you are a freelancer, we hope you have a studio already! If you are interested in direct employment with Onnjo, we will invest in a studio at our HQ office (or a remote studio if practical)What else do I need to know?When we have a new product launch, we need to build content for it rapidly, sometimes before the product has been manufactured. Due to the nature of this work, the job is perfect for a freelancer. There may be periods where we do not have new product launches and there is much less work. And, on the opposite end, there will be periods of heavy workload (such as now, when we are preparing to launch, and, for example, when Apple has a new product release).While we have this job listed as a contract/freelance position, this is a long term gig, and there is an opportunity for full-time employment for A-players who want to be a part of an amazing new brand and who are passionate about content and marketing.Travel is minimal. You should have an interest in mobile technology be familiar with products from Apple, Samsung, and other market leaders. We’d prefer candidates in the Midwest, so that we can meet in person more easily!
