Job Description :	Reports To Director of Content Marketing Description You will be responsible for developing and driving a client’s content strategy and associated marketing campaigns. You will be expected to build concepts for client approval, make specific content and asset recommendations, and facilitate the fulfillment of everything needed to execute on approved campaigns. You will work closely with the SEO, Social Media, Marketing Automation, and Creative Services teams to effectively deliver on a variety of content and promotional campaigns for Big Leaps’ clients. What is Success in this Position? To be successful, you will need to become an expert on behalf of your client, with a keen understanding of your clients’ brand, voice, audience and personas, customer journey, and key revenue drivers. You will also need to have the ability to take complex subjects, products, or topics and develop easy to follow copy that will increase qualified traffic, leads and engagement for your clients. Responsibilities and Duties Work with a variety of clients to create content strategy and deliverables Oversee active campaigns, from launch through reporting Build complete campaign concepts for target audiences with tailored content experiences Conduct content audits of client websites and platforms, making recommendations and driving strategy for improving consistency and reach Report on content projects performance such as traffic, impressions, reach, etc. Stay up to date on content marketing trends, industry updates and innovations – provide training and updates on trends, techniques, and strategies to the team and Big Leap Present recommended strategies, content, and campaigns for client approval Manage client editorial calendars, idea backlogs, and monitor client promotional follow-through to help support the clients goals Coordinate with writers, editors, and other fulfillment team members to ensure quality content is delivered to client expectations Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities An understanding of SEO, customer journeys, marketing and sales funnels, and user experience expectations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience developing a content strategy that includes a rich variety of formats: copywriting, longer-form written content, simple and complex infographics, multiple video types, podcasts or other multimedia channels 2-3 years experience with creating concepts, writing, and marketing An understanding of brand and story marketing Results and data driven individual Must be able to work during collective team hours (10am-3pm MT), but you retain freedom to fulfill the rest of your work on your own schedule Must be able to read, write and speak English.
