Job Description : | We have a great opportunity for a Head of Content Strategy and Marketing!! The ideal candidate will have experience as a Journalist or Editor.Responsibilities: As a Head of content strategy and marketing, this role will:Be responsible for building a robust content strategy for our business group, in alignment with the group’s overall business objectives and positioning.Building and articulating compelling stories with focused strategy on content reuse, repurpose and enhancement across various internal and external channels.Partnering with multiple business and marketing stakeholders to execute the content strategy.Build and manage a content framework that includes content production, re-purpose, re-use, enhancement, refresh and/or retirement across channels based on the content purpose.Partner with global external agencies and guide/coach them to build content with a unique perspective in alignment with both our and Business and Technology Services messaging and positioning.Fully responsible for the development of unit/campaign-led thought leadership content (including blogs, PoVs, slideshare, etc.,) and the corresponding web copy required for publishing these assets on internal and external marketing platforms and channels. * * Build and maintain a robust editorial delivery tracker for unit/campaign-led thought leadership content and the corresponding budget requirements every quarter.Document, review, and approve the inclusion of all content marketing metrics for inclusion in leadershipOversee, mentor, and guide the content team to deliver to program deadlines Skills and Attitude We are looking for individuals who are creative and inquisitive with passion for excellence and aspire to work in teams that not only challenge them but also invest in their professional development.Passionate Creative story tellingQuickly understand organizations and cultureCollaborative and ability to work in matrix structuresExcellent communication and presentation skillsIdentify, recommend, and articulate unique perspectivesDevelop search engine optimized web copy and social posts for the unique perspective.Repurpose the unique perspective to multiple content formats adhering to the campaign/event plansEditorial, copywriting mastery, and visualization abilityIndustry, business, and technology acumen * Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.Qualifications: 15+ years in technology content marketing or writingExperience in articulating compelling business stories in internal and external mediaStrong Experience with leading global brandsStrong experience in dealing with media and creative agenciesJob Type: Full-timePay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Must be fully vaccinatedEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)Content Marketing Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
