The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business, marketing, and technical expertise.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Client-side lead stakeholder elicitation, analysis, negotiation, documentation across business, marketing, customer experience, and technology domains and communicate to all supporting teams at GeekHive to ensure the success of programs and projects.Work directly with clients to define, align, and prioritize business, marketing, customer experience, and technology goals, create success metrics, and communicate to all supporting teams at GeekHive.Own the creation and delivery of consulting practice client presentations (pitches, QBRs, workshops, etc.) and agendas for efficient and productive meetings.Assess and understand disparate and complex digital marketing technology ecosystems, including martech inventory, implementation, integration, utilization, investment, and ROI.Create transformational strategies (the what and why) to help clients move to a desired future state, focusing on people, processes, data, content, automation, and measurement.Create transformational activation methods (the how) to help clients move to a desired future state, focusing on marketing automation, content management, customer data/CRM, analytics and reporting, and e-commerce.Work with client business units and stakeholders, internal GeekHive practices, and delivery teams to understand the current state and envision and articulate a future state vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.Actively contribute to new business development opportunities and thought leadership efforts, including RFP responses, pitches, proposals, white papers, blog posts, events, conference speaking engagements, webinars, etc.Function as an in-house expert on current and future digital tools, including but not limited to customer data platforms (CDP), digital experience platforms (DXP), content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation systems, analytics and data visualization tools, and other commercial marketing technology platforms and point solutions.Possess (and consistently grow) practical, hands-on experience in architecture, configuration, and use of marketing technology platforms such as Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce, Netsuite, Hubspot, SAP, Oracle), Analytics (Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Snowflake, and Digital Experience Platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, Acquia).Understand enterprise architecture and how components such as Headless Content Management Platforms, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Customer Data Platform, Digital Experience Platforms, Data Management Platforms work together.Collect and analyze voice of the customer data (customer insights), perform qualitative and quantitative research and GAP analyses, and develop personas to drive the creation of current and future state personas and journey maps to build top-performing customer experience programs.Perform competitive marketing, customer experience, and technology products and services analyses.Take a proactive role in continually improving ways of working within the GeekHive organization.Manage change by leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity.Possess a highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including engaging diverse stakeholders and SMEs and winning their collaboration and co-ownership in the outcomeQualificationsA minimum of three years professional relevant experience requiredExperience working within marketing and marketing technologyExperience within an agency or consulting environmentExceptional client-facing, communication, and collaboration skills requiredBasic understanding of CMS, CRM, customer experience, business, and marketing technologyPreferred Skills and ExperienceSeven plus years professional experience preferredExperience working with any of the following a plus: GoogleAnalytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Netsuite, Hubspot, SAP, Oracle, Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Snowfalke, Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, AcquiaAbout GeekHive: GeekHive is a marketing technology consultancy for mid-market to enterprise-level organizations.
