We are leaders, we are innovators, we are family.As a key member of the marketing team, the Creative Content Manager will lead the development and management of content marketing programs, including content strategy, writing, auditing, publishing, and promoting content across relevant channels. This position will have a unique opportunity to combine creative and content strategy with a data-driven approach aimed to support the growth and expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background, an analytical mind, and a proven track record of developing and leveraging targeted content to drive engagement and awareness of company products, services, and overall brand.Duties and Responsibilities: Develop ideas for compelling content that adheres to required branding and style guidelines.Manage and mentor content writers and oversee the writing, proofreading, and copy editing for various channels including online platforms and print materials.Work closely with the creative and production teams to strategize ideas for marketing materials and programs; guide the team on video/photography content production.Develop and implement brand strategies for new and existing products.Manage all marketing projects according to timeline and budget.Follow the marketplace to stay informed on the latest trends and competitor’s marketing movements.Constantly evaluate internal practices and drive solutions that make our team scalable.Develop and manage dashboards to monitor the overall marketing channel performance.Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results.Undertake continuous analysis of consumer trends and establish strategies and metrics.Build, manage, and drive traffic to the company’s social media profile and presence through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms.Promote additional projects to support new product launches.Provide visibility into results, measure content effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize content strategy.Build and nurture long-term relationships with media influencers.Other duties as needed.Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or equivalent experience required5+ years proven experience in marketing with a particular focus on contentSuperb communication skills, both written and verbal, with a highly collaborative work style.Proven experience developing integrated content strategy and content-driven programsAbility to create and meet deadlines while managing the team’s time efficiently and prioritizing in a multi-tasking environmentExperience using analytics and metrics to guide topic and content developmentStrong project management skills, experience managing freelancers, and ability to seamlessly manage design processesAdvanced knowledge of content marketing methodology and demonstrated knowledge of effective engagement processes and tools to drive audiences to actStrong understanding and demonstrated application of AP style writing with significant experience crafting technology narratives and messagingSelf-starter with an exceptional ability to follow through, lead and influence othersKnowledge of CRM (Dynamic 365) and marketing automation software (Hubspot, Marketo).Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Company covers 80% for employees only.Life Insurance: Covered by the company.401k Dollar for Dollar matching up to 3%, eligible to enroll after one full year with the company. 100% fully vested.5 Sick Paid Leave7 Paid Holidays (Eligible after probation period).VacationCompany provides discounts for fitness equipment for our employees.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Company requires employee to wear face mask in common open areas.Company disinfects and cleans high traffic area on a weekly basis.Application Question(s):What is your pay expectation?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)Content development: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
