In this role you will create targeted marketing programs to drive awareness, acquisition, and activation, with the goal of building a fast-growing pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team to close. You will design and implement multi-touch campaigns with a keen eye towards performance KPIs. This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring a growth marketing mentality with a willingness to innovate to meet business objectives.Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of multiple full-funnel marketing campaigns, with direct responsibility for hitting pipeline targets and performance KPIs. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.Develop demand generation campaigns for inbound leads executing through multiple digital channels including: paid social, email marketing, content marketing, etc.Collaborate with design and digital teams for development of different elements required by the campaigns including production of imagery, design, and build of emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materialsCollaborate with product marketing to develop messaging aligned to target audience for key campaign assets including content, outbound emails, nurtures, etcBuild and scale email nurture / re-engage programs in Hubspot to drive responses and push qualified leads further down the funnel for conversionPartner with Sales & Marketing leadership to build out target account lists through Hoovers D&B, Zoom Info and LinkedIn NavigatorMeasure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using Hubspot and SalesforceWork with 3rd party media vendors to deploy content syndication campaigns and monitor and optimize performanceManage webinar programs including coordination of content creation by subject matter experts, campaign set-up, and promotionHelp guide email marketing strategy (automations, nurture campaigns, segmentation, re-engage campaigns, analytics/reporting, emailContribute and help guide strategy for effective multi-touch integrated campaignsCollaborate with Sales Managers to develop and optimize outbound lead gen campaignsDesign and execute programs that nurture leads down the journey from prospect to customerQualificationsBA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 5+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing and paid media3 years of advanced Salesforce and Hubspot experience.Admin certification in both technologies will be strongly consideredExperience in B2B marketing, generating leads in mid-to-large enterprise companies is required. Life Sciences and/or Healthcare a plusHands-on experience with a solid track record of creating,deploying, and optimizing complex automated marketing campaigns and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce and HubspotExperience in database marketing, list segmentation and data analysisExcellent skills to execute and report on multiple marketing campaigns at the same timeAbility to excel in a fast-paced and high energy environment with attention to detail and maintaining qualityTeam player, well organized, hands on attitude, passion for driving resultsPassion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solvingExtraordinary written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationBased in Mountain View, California, DNAnexus is experiencing rapid growth and is searching for the best talent to join our team.
