Position Name: Digital Demand Specialist Location : 10368 Westmoor Dr, Westminster, CO 80021 Job Description : Digital Demand SpecialistThe Digital Demand Specialist, North America, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing),will be responsible for all paid search and social media planning and implementation. This person will also optimize existing ads and create new strategies with cold audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing audiences to expand the reach and exposure of our brand. This person will also develop keyword targeting lists, strategies, and research. The Digital Demand Specialist will also implement campaign setup, set CPC/CPM bids, and track conversion.As the Digital Demand Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Trimble’s North American MEP marketing programs and executing campaigns that drive demand, acquire new leads, engage target accounts, and create pipelines across digital channels that include website, display, paid, and organic search, social, and more. You will team with others cross-functionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders (product marketing, content, creative services, etc.) and sales teams.The individual will report to the Growth Marketing Manager, North America, MEP and will be based in Trimble’s headquarters in Westminster, Colorado. Remote workers will be considered.Responsibilities:Create, measure, report, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Set up metrics, tracking systems, and reporting for key marketing activities such as traffic, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion, contact forms, sales qualified leads, opportunities, sales, spending, ROI, etc.Have ownership of all paid search campaigns and subsequent performance metrics including CPA, ROI, and CPC.Conduct keyword research, advising on ad spend and ad placement, testing ad copy, and optimizing campaigns performance.Collaborate with others to ensure the timely and successful launch of digital advertising campaigns across SEM, display, and paid social.Provide consultation on all aspects of PPC.Collaborate with the website team to ensure proper tagging is in place for digital ad tracking and that ads are driving to the optimal landing page.Build effective keyword/campaign strategies.Develop and set up monthly reporting dashboards.Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns – research ad copy, landing pages, bidding, budget management, and competitor analysis.Work closely with the marketing team to come up with new and efficient strategies.Ensure that marketing messages align with organizational strategies and goals.Education/Experience:3+ years of outbound marketing experience (preferably in a software tech company)Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fieldDesired skills:SaaS and/or construction industry experience is preferred.Proficient experience in content creation, SEO, social media, email marketing, campaign management, and lead nurturing.Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.Good experience in Google Analytics strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.The ability to provide additional support through writing/rewriting advertising copy, landing page copy, emails, web pages, etc., is desired.“Think outside of the box” and creativity solve problems as they arise.Experience with SEM, SEO, marketing technologies, analytics, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.The successful candidate is a natural self-starter with a growth mindset who can connect the right people together at the right time to develop marketing programs that are on-brand, engaging, innovative, and drive key performance metrics.The ideal candidate will possess an aptitude for creative writing and passion for finding that just-right headline to draw the audience in.About TrimbleTrimble is transforming the way the world works by delivering products and services that connect the physical and digital worlds.
