Job Description :	Job Summary: To provide a seamless connection for providers to care for patients virtually as well as educate, orient, and prepare patients for a positive successful virtual visit experience. Serve as the main liaison between patients and colleagues including clinical care teams as it relates to digital engagement surrounding our patient portal, virtual care, and technology support. Enhance digital literacy to overcome technology resource inequalities among patients and providers/staff while increasing accessibility in alignment with a changing government, licensure and reimbursement landscape. Education – Required: High School Diploma/GED Education – Preferred: Technical School Diploma Specialized Diploma Associate’s Degree Experience – Required: 2 years customer service experience which includes interacting with customers and troubleshooting. Experience – Preferred: 2 years experience working in an ambulatory practice setting, performing some of the core functions. 2 years experience or more working within a complex healthcare system. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required: Superior customer service skills Ability to multi-task Advanced computer knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to work handle patients and families in stressful situations Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA regulations Must be able to maintain flexibility regarding working hours, tasks, and shifting priorities Critical thinking skills Maintain degree of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Preferred: Telehealth experience Epic knowledge and experience Epic Patient Portal Expert Medical Terminology knowledge Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network · LVPG Operations Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, M-F 8:00-5:00p, variable weekend rotations, variable shifts and hours
