Job Description : Summary: The position is onsite, located in Temecula, California. The Digital Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Department by assisting with social media marketing and digital marketing needs through content creation for Ponte Winery and future expansions. The Digital Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities will primarily revolve around social media marketing, content creation and maintaining our digital presence through the use of photography, video, copywriting and various social media outlets, in addition to staying current on social media trends in the industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with social media marketing campaigns. Assist with posting to social media accounts. Assist with engagement on our social media accounts. Grow following on social media platforms by creating engaging content. Assist with regular website updates on company websites and third-party websites. Assist with photo and video shoots and events. Assist with garnering photo and video content to use as needed. Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all social and digital media platforms. Monitor social media accounts for guest reviews and comments and assist with responding to reviews and comments. Assist with organizing and maintaining photography, videography and collateral files. Remain up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms. Assist with charitable donation requests and organizing charitable donations. Assist with various marketing administrative tasks as assigned. Assist with marketing questions via email or follow-up with appropriate departments. Prepare and maintain reports on email marketing, email databases, and social media marketing. Create digital marketing materials for wineries, wine clubs, hotel, weddings, special events, restaurants and bars. Videos TV screen content Menus Digital graphics Run SEO (Search Engine Optimization) management. Assist in enhancing SEO where possible. Website Video Local SEO Manage YouTube and OS attraction. Conduct website updates for mobile optimization. Schedule professional photography depending on property needs, co-lead all photo shoots, and distribute final product. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all company materials. Plan, create, film and edit video content to support sales and campaign themes. Maintain YouTube channel for videos SEO and Online store click throughs. Maintain and develop website pages as needed and requested by managers. Coordinate with managers and managing partners for blog posts. Develop email schedules and social media schedules. Create graphics, such as combinations of photographs and digital content. Visualize and execute conceptual ideas within set guidelines. Determine software applications to be used and maintain applicable computer programs. Organize and maintain a content database of all graphic design photography and print files for the marketing department. Make regular updates to company websites and 3rd party websites. Monitor 3rd party websites and social media accounts for guest reviews and comments and assist with responding to reviews and comments. Assist with the ordering of printed marketing collateral. Field and assist with sales calls. Understands and adheres to the Ponte values and service standards. Performs all other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent understanding of social media marketing and trends. Proficient understanding of marketing and branding principles. Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness and desire to learn and grow with the company. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, busy environment. Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful courteous manner. Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness). Ability to work flexible hours onsite, including evenings and weekends as needed. Education: Associate’s degree and two years of marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
