We now serve more than 200 million people in 65 markets nationwide and are still growing!Position OverviewWe are currently looking for someone who is passionate about analytics and has a solid foundation in digital marketing. This role will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple sources including PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Content Management System, ESPs, Paid Search Platforms (Google Ads, Bing), Social Media platforms, and internal reports.This role is key for the Digital and Ecommerce teams’ reporting to help drive more informed decision-making. We’re looking for someone who can take data from multiple sources, analyze and present actionable findings – automating as much as possible so we can continue to grow!EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related area of study required5 years of experience in a marketing, ecommerce, online, digital, and/or website teamExperience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectivenessStrong experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Data Studio)Strong experience creating custom reports and dashboards – and automating themExperience with web analytics (Google Analytics)Experience with Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook advertising analysisExperience with Marketing Automation reporting (Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)Experience with CRMs (Salesforce and InfusionSoft preferred)Experience with project management tools (Jira/Confluence preferred)Travel, transport/logistics/moving, or retail industry experience preferredKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSStrong analysis, reporting, and data visualization skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to audiences of various levelsStrong presentation and excel skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumenAbility to work independently and in a remote team environmentWillingness to learn and grow professionallyKEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESCreate dashboards and custom reports – everything from high-level summaries to detailed daily reportsCreating and automating custom dashboards, data visualizations and performance reportsAnalyze reports and understand the data to provide insights -optimization opportunities.Develop, manage, maintain, and support web analytics infrastructure, data collection, website tracking tactics, tools, technical integration, platform administration and reportingCollaborate with other departments to ensure data warehouse is accurate and provide feedback for optimizationsProactively generate data-driven recommendations to improve efficienciesEvaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the customer experience.Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.Tracking and forecasting marketing and industry trendsCollaborate with the development team on data architecture, database modeling, and schema designRemote: Must work eastern time zone hours.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 5 years (Required)Analytics: 5 years (Required)Work Location: Remote
