See our website at Summary: The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist the department and Manager in organizing marketing materials, creating orders, mailing, and shipping marketing materials, researching, and assembling market research analysis reports, content creation, assisting with social media accounts, managing expense reports, copywriting, exporting, and organizing promotional reports, etc.Duties/Responsibilities: Organizing marketing materials for all Highline companies, including tracking marketing materials, maintaining purchasing log, etc.Research, assemble, and present reports for future expansion areasPlanning and executing marketing materials, including logistics, securing vendors and purchases as well ensuring projects are executed in a timely fashionOrdering and tracking company apparel and employee uniforms while keeping updated logs of all ordersAssist with coordinating property eventsUpdating company digital signsAssist the Marketing team and Manager with content creation and graphic design workStay current with market trendsKeep up with new product and feature launchesAssist with copywriting for blogs and press releasesMail packages and promotional materials to other Highline property locations and customersAssist with internal and external Company e-NewslettersOther duties as assignedCompetencies: Background in marketing/graphic design, or relevant field with 3+ years relative experienceProficient in Microsoft 365Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data trackingHighly organized and able to work in a fast-paced strenuous environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to multitask and keep up with multiple projects at onceExcellent communication skills – verbal and non-verbalWordPress and web design knowledge a plusSocial Media marketing and event management experience a plusVideo editing skills are a plusPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings (Drug and Background)Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Design and/or Marketing) RequiredThis position will train in the Bedford, NH office and will then have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (Work From Home).Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
