Our goal is to be the most sought after and highly respected Real Estate firm in the area.The Position: Digital Marketing AssociateEnvision is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to support our firm-wide marketing efforts and agents’ sales production. This is a 20-hour per week role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Flexible hours and a hybrid working environment are available for the ideal candidate. The position is paid hourly, at a rate of $25-$35 commensurate with experience.The Focus: The Digital Marketing Associate will support the marketing and leadership team in the planning, implementing, and monitoring of the following:· Working closely with leadership to develop a strategy for integrated media campaigns.· Assisting digital and social media, public relations, and creative teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms.· Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms.· Improving the brand’s awareness using digital media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.· Creating content for digital media platforms according to platform guidelines.· Writing content for search engine optimization.· Ensuring brand consistency across all digital media channels.· Keeping the online media library up-to-date.· Learning/Monitoring company technology and providing guidance to Envision Agents as needed.· Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.· Creating reports and evaluating data on key metrics to monitor efficiency and engagement.· Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.If you’re interested in joining the Envision Team and you feel that you meet the outlined qualifications, please send your resume to Brennan Macey.
